At this time due to Covid-19 pandemic, my fulillment vendor is experiencing an increase in production times. Not only do the extra-deep cleaning and sanitzing measures take time away from their pinting process, but they are also experiencing a very high volume of orders.
FOR PRINTS
Orders are shipped directly from the printing house to you, and standard rates from the printer apply, as listed above. Shipping times range from 1-21 business days depending on the size and media of items in your order, and depending on the current pandemic situation. Typically, a tracking number is fowarded to you as soon as your print order has been shipped. If you need information regarding shipment, please contact gabriellethormannart@gmail.com.
FOR ORIGINALS
Regular, non-expedited ground shipping is FREE and takes place within 2 weeks of ordering. The art arrives - dependent on the delivery company - within 21 days. Deliveries are usually sent through UPS for U.S.A. deliveries. For deliveries outside of the U.S.A., USPS is usually used, unless otherwise requested. We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping. Delivery can be expedited by request, and if you are in the Bay Area, it is possible to arrange for pick up or delivery. Please contact gabriellethormannart@gmail.com for any special requests.
