What is your policy on returns / exchanges / refunds ?
I want you to be happy with your purchase. Originals may be returned within 15 days of receipt of the artwork; postmarks accepted. Artwork must be returned undamaged in the original packaging, or arrive undamaged in new packaging. After receipt of the undamaged work, a refund - less seller's shipping costs and seller's credit card fees - will be issued when the art is received. Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll work out all the details.
In the rare event your art print arrives damaged, a print will be replaced at no additional cost to you. If a print does not represent the image on the website, contact email@example.com, and the print will be replaced. My print provider does their utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. However sometimes damage can occur in shipping. If a print or original arrives damaged, please keep all packaging, take photos of the damage done to both packaging and artwork, and send me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the photos, details, and your order number, and we'll work out the details.
Can I cancel my order?
If a technology issues occurs when ordering, please contact email@example.com, as soon as possible after the order is made. Otherwise, all print orders are non-refundable.

The printer vendor uses archival materials for prints. Originals are created on wood panels, acid free paper, canvas, or thin cloth prepared with archival materials. Ground pigment paints are used with archival mediums, and images are sealed with archival mediums. Customer care must be taken to not bump into or scratch surfaces. Some surfaces on originals may accumulate dust and need occasional dusting.
